In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of French Law n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy (L.C.E.N.), users and visitors of the media-all.in website are hereby informed of the following legal notice.

The site is accessible from anywhere, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or scheduled and unscheduled interruptions for maintenance purposes. The publisher cannot be held liable for any modification, interruption or suspension of the site.

Article 4 — Data collection

The media-all.in website complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and with French Law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties, as amended.

Under these regulations, users have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, object to and port their personal data. To exercise these rights, users may send a request by email to hello@patrickdecarvalho.com.

Data collected via the newsletter (email address only) is processed by Substack Inc. (United States, data transfer secured by the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses). Users can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in every email.

Data collected via the free resource download forms (lead magnets: PDF checklists, audit grids, playbooks) — email address and metadata of the requested resource — is processed by OnePlaceAI, the Content Factory platform of Apps Velocity SAS (France, servers located in the European Union). Legal basis: explicit consent (single opt-in) materialised by the form submission. Retention period: 36 months from the last interaction. Users can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection by writing to hello@patrickdecarvalho.com.

Audience analytics are collected by a self-hosted Matomo instance on All In's infrastructure (server located in the European Union). Matomo is configured to comply with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) exemption from prior consent: no tracking cookies, no cross-site identifier, IP anonymisation, Do Not Track signal honoured, 13-month data retention maximum, no data transfer to third parties.

Article 5 — Cookies and trackers

The media-all.in website does not deposit any tracking cookie nor advertising tracker. Audience analytics (Matomo) run in cookieless mode, in compliance with the CNIL guidelines on audience measurement solutions exempted from consent (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act).

Consequently, no cookie consent banner is required or displayed. Users may still opt out of Matomo counting via their browser settings (Do Not Track signal, automatically honoured) or via the opt-out link available upon request at hello@patrickdecarvalho.com.

Article 6 — Intellectual property

Any use, reproduction, distribution, commercialisation or modification of all or part of the media-all.in website, without the publisher's authorisation, is prohibited and may result in legal action as provided by the French Intellectual Property Code and the Civil Code.

Content (articles, podcasts, newsletters, signature methods VPCEC, P.R.O.F.I.L.S., A.U.T.H., G.E.O. LinkedIn, "dual-injection engine") is protected by copyright.
